Luke T. Bush said...: May 1996. It snowed twice that month, Mother's Day and Memorial Day weekend. Even down here in Plattsburgh it was a bit white.

One question: How hard is it to sell real estate in May when you're wearing winter boots and a parka? :-)

From a sales perspective, I like selling Adirondack real estate in unusual conditions since I want people to see what it is really like to live/vacation here. We don't need any more weather whiners!; 6/02/2009 6:31 AM
